Artist: Willie Christie
Willie Christie is an expert of analogue film, in an era without photoshop or airbrushing. This portrait of Angelica Huston for Vanity Fair magazine was taken on a historic film camera and Christie used techniques during film processing to achieve the hazy look. The delicate grain of the photo is a deliberate effort to increase the texture and intrigue, as Huston looks away from the camera in a sultry manner.
